I have a friend that is in the process of optioning out a new Jeep. He told me he could get black leather and painted fenders on a Rubicon. Is that true?

don't know about painted fenders (who would want them) but black heated leather appears to be available.

i think leather is available...not for me cold in the winter,hot in the summer.
painted fenders?? hmmmmm guess you could have them throw some sahara fenders on there....again not for me.

 

To me its like putting bags and a windshield on a sportster, if I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee...

 

Thanks for the info. When I ordered mine back in August the tan leather was the only option. I don't like the colored fenders but to each his own.

 

You can not get painted fenders on a 2011 Rubicon, and there is no black leather option available for any package

 

X2, unless options have changed very recently. I have what was (is?) the only leather optional interior - it's called "Black/Saddle Tan" by Jeep which creates confusion - there's no black in the seats - black and dark tan mixed throughout the interior but the seats are solid color "Saddle Tan". All of the factory pics of the leather interior show this combo as it exists in my Rubi.

They better be black seats with a dark saddle trim!!!!!!!
