I have a 2012 2 door and would like to remove the plastic rear panels to put some sound deadened behind. Does anyone know how to pull those panels without breaking them?

I have seen a thread in the other forum but the guy ended up breaking some tabs. Just want to know if anyone has some pointers to avoid this?
