Sorry to hear ya having problems with a NEW Jeep, but unfortunatley these dealer tech's are NOT mechanics IMO.
They just 'plug in' ya car and whatever codes pop up they replace that without 'much' checking - thats why I use a non-dealer shop (but I know you need them for warranty work).

Dealers can be very sneaky. You have to remember when ever a company comes out with something new, you should not buy it right away always wait for the next following year. Everything new will have alot of bugs.
