From the color palette I saw, it appears to be a bright orange with no/minimal metallic.

 

Can someone explain to me why Jeep has completely snubbed darker blues lately? I absolutely loved Steel Blue. I would also be happy with navy. But they haven't offered any darker blues for the last 4 model years. And now they effectively killed a decent darker green color (black with green flakes in it doesn't count). *sigh*

Ok, I get the stupid award for the day because I forgot about that color. Thanks for reminding me. Still really hope they bring the Steel Blue color back eventually though

 

Steel blue owner... But after seeing that cosmo blue in today's local paper.... .. I totally want to repaint my jeep. That color looks wicked

As a nature photographer I wanted a 4x4 in a military color, to melt in the nature, what do I find? 5 clown colors and no normal green on former military vehicle.

Waiting for Black Forest Green and hope that somebody can take a big and sharp photo on that Color when They are at a jeep reseller.

I like the 5 clown colors but as a naturephotographer it do not fit my needs.

I would like to have flat color in camo or green wrangler with no chrome as many other here, black flat rims Oh Yes!

I miss Jeep Green....

 

To teamx.......A friend of mine saw my Sahara Tan and went to order a 2012 in that color. According to The dealer, Sahara Tan was available on the first month of 2012 production and then dropped. He called the manufacturer and they told him the same thing.

 

Speaking of green, any info on gecko to those who have seen the swatches? Since I've read that Crush may be called header orange on Challengers, maybe gecko is the same as green with envy. I've narrowed my choices to crush or gecko, but want to see them in person.
