I don't know why Tread Lightly would not apply to Canada? Its still a Jeep we are buying.
When I asked the dealer they knew nothing about it?

So get tread lightly and purchase your jeep in the USA.. Simple and save a couple thousand bucks.. I used to buy my MX bikes in Canada when the exchange rate was good. The paperwork isnt that bad and the savings are great..
