Chrysler has your vin number before you go into D1. Got my vin on 5/17 from CS, but my Jeep didnt go to D1 until today. Im pretty sure your Jeep will still be built because Chrysler assigned it a VIN.
Usually the window stickers will show up on your dealers site when the vehicle has been released from the factory and has shipped.

I used this link to get a status code.
This is for my Jeep. After it loads delete my last name "Agafitei" and replace it with yours, and then replace the number after "orderno" with your von.
It will give you a bunch of code and text. but you will see the status right after the code "cstatus="

Because of the seat material mainly. And anything else they may have fixed to the better going into 2013. Not sure the easy top is something I'd like if I'm gonna take the softop off for the summer. Wouldn't there be a trade in value difference for a 2013 over a 2012 if I traded in 2 years or so down the road?

I gave up on them as well after 5/30 when they told me my JK went back to the body shop. Actually, mine is not due to ship until tomorrow. Scheduled to arrive at the railyard in Benecia, CA on 6/14 (original date 5/14). Ready for pickup at the dealer on 6/19. That's almost 4 weeks later than the date given when we placed our order.
