Default 2012 JK Problem

So when I brake everything feels normal until just before I come to a stop. Just before my JK stops, it feels very rough and I feel a shake. The shake goes away once I come to a complete stop. It is an automatic and is also rough when in (D) when changing gearing but it goes away when switching to manual mode. When in manual mode, the roughness is the same though just before stopping. Does anyone know would could be causing this??? It does not do this in other JK I have driven.

I had a 2012 JKUR that did this same thing. It wasn't the tires for me, it was a rowdy shake/rough idle completely independent of the tires... it didn't happen every time, only intermittently.

That Jeep was replaced by Chrysler shortly after that started, though. Wish I could have been of more help.
