Picked up my new Natural Green Pearl 2012 Rubicon Unlimited yesterday!
I got one that is IDENTICAL to my 2011 Rubi, but on the 2012 I added heated seats and remote start.
Drove it to work tonight, and what a difference on the highway! I drive about 80 miles a day on the highway so this 2012 is a great improvement for what I do with mine.
I got a very good trade in amount on my 2011 and I got the Friends and Family discount on the new one.

So far 1 day in and I am very happy!

HELP!! I want to pull the engine out of this JK and throw it over a cliff!! What the hell was Jeep thinking when they chose this V6 engine. Where can I go in Southern Cal to pull this engine and put install a real one at an economical price. I have been quoted 17K on a diesel and 15K on a Hemi are you f ing kidding me!

 

Haven't really looked back to see if others have posted times, but a single run of 0-60 this morning in my '12 Rubi Unl auto 4.10 gears was 8.3 sec. Will gladly do some more to average and verify Could never see anything close to that in my '07 JKU auto.

 

The status on my 2012 shows container on hold,,,, so I guess it means just what it says but I wonder just how often this happens and for how long?

 

Has anyone seen a Crush in person yet? The paint chip looks good, but it seems they always look different in person.
