I was able to get the soft top up before it flooded but no time to put the side and back window in. i have water resistant subwoofer factory installed, have carpet in the back, can it come out to dry?

It all comes out. I pulled mine out on my two door, after I got caught it a heavy rain, and then I never bothered to put it back in. Been running without for 3+ years.

Yup.. pull the carpet out and pull all your drain plugs. You have some in the bottom of the front and rear floor boards (like two in each spot where a person sits) and some in the far back where your jack is under the plastic thing that flips up.
