4 wheel parts mounted and balanced them. Don't you think they would have the right equipment. And I don't feel it steering wheel nor seat. Just see it in the mirror and that guy told me my wheel was warped so I guess he saw what I saw

A bent wheel would be visible on the balancing machine. Unlikely they would let it leave that way. I would just take it back to them and have them re-balance them, and check everything out.

Terflex made a video for the rotor keepers.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apJiCmyMPnM If its in the rear it could also be a bent axle flange. That or the holes could be drilled off center. I would put the back end in the air and spin the wheels checking for runout of the axle shafts or anything else that might be causing it. If your not shaking going down the road, especially around 50mph it doesnt sound like a balance issue.

Good Luck

Notice this on my 35s as well. Haven't removed the rotor keepers but I will ASAP and see if it helps. It should!

The OP is stating that he feels no vibes, so I HIGHLY doubt there is any tire imballance or he has a bent flange.

I'd put money on the lug retainer clips, like was said at the beginning. Some wheels dont have recessed spots for them and the cause the wheel to mount wrong.

To the OP, take the wheel off and look for these:

This maybe a newbie question, but do all larger than Stock tires wobble? I'm planning to get 35s next summer.

They shouldn't. If they do, you have an issue like the op that needs to be addressed.
