Default 3rd Brake Light

Has anyone run into any trouble with the cops after you eliminated your 3rd brake light.

If you don't have state inspections then just think of that 3rd light as just one more way of keeping idiots from running into the back of you. Reposition it like above.

Must state laws are if it is there it has to work, if its not there they cant ticket you.
Also most cops dont know what they are looking at anyways.

You kind of end up w/that if you go w/a tire carrier that gets you tire up high enough to make your departure angle acceptable/optimal. But that's why they make side mirrors

I had no room to extend the 3rd brake light with the expedition rack, and I wanted to relocate my license plate holder, too, so I went with the RockHard relocation bracket and ORO LED third brake light. I really should take a picture at night to show the light, but the LEDs are that tiny thing on the top of the plate.
