4 door sliders cracked??

Default 4 door sliders cracked??

So im on a trail today and went over little hump flexing it and i went over the little hump than crack and i looked later the footstep has a crack right down the middle should this of happened should i try some tyep of warranty scheeme with dealer? Any advice thanks

are they sliders, or steps?

I dont see how the dealer would cover something that is broken like that

I don't think the rubicon sliders made of pretty much crush resistant steel would crack down the middle - he must be talking plastic steps...

I've wacked my sliders a few times and barely a scratch on them.

If you would have bothered to read your owner's manual you'd see the first thing it tells you to do is remove the side steps before going off road.

yeh because thats what i m going to do not have steps i offroad yes but its also my dailydriver id rather have them on and for the most part its not usually a problem i fuked up by not continuing down straight off this rock and i went off to early and it let the jeep fall on the boards its still on just a crack
but yeh i alawys luv the sarcasm from you guys if you botherd to read the manual who the hell reads that shit

wow, that is a little hard to figure out, one long run-on sentence. Try some puncutation or something.

BTW, I read my manual the night I got mine too.

I read it when I got a $3500 TV, I am sure going to read it for a $27,000+ Vehicle.
