Ah, I see. I knew there was some affiliation but I thought it was more than that.

 

I didn't know I was a keyboard commando , but I do know the 4wheel parts sucks unless you are into fashion acc. ( or as some of you called them mods ) but hey if I need floor mats I know where to go

I don't know why people shop at 4WD/4Wheel parts, especially if they're ordering it over phone or internet. I believe that there are much better companies to do business with that offer great prices with quick shipping. I've seen so many complaints with this company just on this site alone and people continue to use them and complain about it. I guess people just don't learn.

 

A. It's ten mins away from me.
B. they have a big warehouse so most of the time stuff is in stock.
C. My salesman. He will price match anything for me. Bends over backwards to help me out in general. Gives good advice when I need or want it, even asks the techs for me if I ever have a question during install.

I'm not knocking any other store, most seem pretty stellar. This industry is full of hot heads and it's nice to deal with good people, just so happens that the good person I deal with works at 4wheel parts.

 

Good points guys. Customer service should always be a priority for any good company. My entire point was to not fall for paying the ten dollar premium for "rush processing". They did resolve things for me after pushing for what was right.

 

I have purchased most of my upgrades from 4wheelparts here in Charlotte. The guys at the store are awesome!! However the rep on this site is always on vacation or away from his desk and I have never been able to place an order from him. Dont make the mistake of calling their customer service to place an order or ask a question. A guy named "Dave" was a jackass and was clueless about what I felt was a common question.most of his responses were " I don't know the answer to that but I can make something up if you would like!" I was blown away!
