Recently placed a order with them 14 business days ago and was told everything was in stock and would arrive at my door within 7-10 business days!! Well i have called several times in the past week and everyday there is a new problem!! Todays problem is that my tires didnt arrive to there jacksonville warehouse yesturday like i was told!! Im so sick of being pulled around! Last time i ordered thru them this happened but figured i would give them another chance!! Is there anyone out there that have had these problems with them??? If u are thinking about placing a order with them i would look at other places!!!!

4wheelparts or 4wheelonline ??? I've never had an issue with 4wheelparts ... actually I just ordered from them 30 minutes ago ....

4wheelonline is supposedly the horror story lots of folks have issue with.

Based on my experience why would I cancel ?? I recently ordered 4.88 gears, install kits, front and rear diff covers and a front carrier from them ... They had it all in 3 days ... and then installed it all for a great price ...

 

Well good for you im glad!!! This is the second time i have had problems!!! Customer service seems to be okay just pulling my leg alot!! They tell me one day what the plan is and the next it changes! At first they said my track bar was on back order then the next it was my wheels and now they say that neither of those were on back order it was my tires!!! Was told that the tires SHOULD come in today!! Just yesturday they told me to call back today to recieve my tracking numbers!!

 

Let me know if you have issues, I can forward them to the appropriate parties, or take care of issues myself.

I've never ordered anything from them online since they are 5 minutes from my house. But everything I have bought from there I have been happy with as well as the customer service.

 

The only problem free order I've ever placed with 4 wheel parts was some KC Stone Guards.

I ordered tires from there once, and had to refuse delivery as they sent the wrong size. I ordered a lift and just when I thought it was all correct...they left out a shock boot!

 

U would think with a company of that size they could get stuff right but I guess not!!! They are calming my tires didn't leave calli till the 20th but seeing how I placed my order on the 11th, that makes no damn sense!! Orders are said to be shipped within 1-2 business days!! But I guess once they receive ur money its really not a big deal to them you'll get ur shit when u get it is kinda how they put it!!!
