Default 4x4 accessories and parts stores

Ok, I’ve been looking at different winch bumpers, pretty much decided on the one I want, I had a few questions that I submitted in by e mail and on the stores “chat” service.

worst response was from Quadratec, still haven’t heard back on the e mail and the chat said to wait for a person, after the “quad bot” said it didn’t know anything, then the chat ended “due to inactivity “ while I was waiting for someone, so far the winner is Morris 4x4, fast response on e mail and the person in the chat even offered an additional discount on the listed price.

I guess some stores have enough business that they don’t really want new customers while others are happy to sell you a 600 dollar bumper or a 5 dollar sticker and want you to come back no matter which one you bought, I shopped around with a few other stores too, but just pointed out the best and worst on this round of shopping

what places have y’all found that the customer service before or after a sale made you go somewhere else?

Back in the day, Northridge4x4 was the aboslute goto for use Tx guys to ensure decent discount, no tax, and super fast shipping. IMO, things have gone hill in regard to "perks" there, but to be fair, I have been out of the game of regular purchases/upgrades for a good while now. I will say that Q offers forum members, I think, 5% discount on orders. You just need to PM them and they get you on the list so that anytime your email orders from them it is automatically applied. It has never been my "go to" spot, but they carry some things you just can't get elsewhere. I will say that Morris is at least up front about their discount, which is practically all the time, like NR used to be.

**I miss the days of us TX guys buying things tax-free online, out of state. I can't blame that part on the retailers.
