Update
I got her back last night!!!!! 
Thanks to those who suggested that I check into aftermarket bumpers. It worked out that I ended getting a great deal on Rugged Ridge bumpers (Thanks Dave & Northridge 
) By the time it was all said and done the aftermarkets didn't cost me a dime as it was about the same cost as it they put stock bumpers back on. 
Here she is:
Now time to get a hoop for the bumper, fog lights, and a tire carrier for the back
