Anyone have issues trying to buy a single replacement part from AEV? Or heard anything? I seem to be having heckuva time trying to buy a damaged replacement part for my suspension for my JK...just curious to hear if anyone else has any stories

 

None here.... matter of fact, they have been nothing but helpful and knowledgable, and also quite prompt in returning my call. Maybe you caught the wrong person on the wrong day? Nevertheless, sorry to hear you are having problems.

I had the same problem. I sent multiple emails about someone stealing my snorkel precleaner and needing a replacement. Never got a reply after more than one email. I eventually got a Syclone precleaner instead.

This is the real answer! Let Northridge get it from AEV for you. I suspect their inquiries are not ignored.

 

I ended up getting a reply and some momentum in getting the part. I'm not chirping them, they make great kit, hell-a expensive, but I love their suspension products. I'll Northridge it next time however. Thanks!!
