What do I do to the airbags when wheeling.

But really, if you're referring to the safety air bags there is nothing for you to do.

Same here, I hit a High tension pole (long story) and nothing even bent my stock front bumper no air bag deployment.

Yep, there is not a disconnect switch for the side air bags like on my wife's FJ. Her's you can turn off so they won't deploy if you get past a certain lean angle.
