Default Air vents in the Hood???

Sometime ago I seen a posting that someone had installed air vents in their hood. They used parts from a Ponitic car, I cannot find the thread can anyone assist me with the part numbers? Thanks

The AEV hood is really nice, but to use a Pontiac vent... sounds pretty cheesy

Something like this looks nice. The Hemi though makes it come to life and puts the muscle into the look.

This is the thread I pulled the picture off. This is a monster of a build!

He had them painted to match.

It's common to do it on Cherokees. You might try walking the junk yards and looking for louvers until you find something that will look cool.

Thanks man!!!! I got this hood for the functionality of the vents but love the way it looks. I have considered painting my vents but still undecided.... Saw some wicked vents on a BOR build for SEMA that I really liked as well.

These make hooking in the AEV snorkel a breeze as well !!!
