I know some bumpers (ARB/AEV) have mounts for the factory crush cans, but I see that most bumpers don't appear to. Will the airbags still work with these bumpers? Are the crush cans simply located out of view or something?

Noob question, but I'd like to know before making a purchase.

The crush cans are not connected to the air bags. They are just another crumple zone. The airbags will be fine.

Airbags are controlled by the computer.

If you hit a wall for instance, the immediate decrease in speed will trigger a reaction from the computer, airbags.
