Quick question, I attempted to de-program the headlights from coming on when locking or unlocking my Jeep but it only worked for locking they still turn on when I unlock the Jeep. My neighbor across the street will have a cow (since I back into my driveway)
Anyone know how to shut the lights off when locking the doors? I don't need a "I'm an idiot" indicator to tell me my doors are locked...I can hear them just fine.
When I picked the Jeep up...the horn even went off when I locked the doors......Geeeeeeeez, it's like they make it for a blonde bimbo or something!!

I just want my damn doors to lock...NOT test everything that's electric on the Jeep!!!
Any help?

 

great question. I don't know the answer, but i agree 100%. It is REALLY annoying to me (and my neighbors across the street). I hope someone has some info.

 

Told the dealer to fix that before I even drove it off the lot. Told the guy " Do you know what my neighbors would say if a horn went off every time I came home at midnight or left the house at 4:30 am?!!" The horn has to go!! If almost the same thing with the headlights, they shine directly in my neighbor's house across the street!
If I find a solution I'll post it up......if anyone else knows what we can do please post up.
