Alarming..
This was posted in response to the auto tranny puking thread, but when I saw it I really felt it needed a thread of its own. Its very alarming to say the least. I read the whole thing. I know I will get some flames for this, but I am posting it because I know a lot of people have experienced quality issues with Jeep, myself included, so I felt it was something all should read..

Now I'll grant you that poor service from a lot of Chrysler dealers are similar to what is reported. I for one do not care for Chrysler products, never have. They do weird things with their vehicles, but when it comes to jeeps there are plenty of aftermarket products that can replace Chisler stuff. I had a 69 Chrysler Jeep and it was much the same.
Once the vehicle is out of warranty just don't return to a Chisler dealer unless you know you have a decent one.
I guess you saw the site but did not read it. Very little was said of Jeep and a high percentage of the problems discussed had nothing to do with Jeep. The closest you could get was an older Jeep wagoneer or commanche that had problems with an auto transmission.
