I agree 100%. It's human nature, if you have a good experience you might tell someone, If you feel you've been screwed you will tell everyone you know and anyone that will listen for that matter.

No problems, just a bit disappointed about not painting the roll bar. Seems shoddy to me. I will go see the dealer on Monday about this.

I owned a 95 YJ for 13 years- 2 failures. The MITSUBISHI 5speed took a crap and the MITSUBISHI starter gave it up also. The balance of the American made Jeep was still going strong when I sold it at 198,000. My JK had the door rattle (which is not a bad problem by any means), and the radiator cap leaked(replaced in the service lane). my soft top had a wrinkle in the tailgate window, the dealership was much more concerned than me, they went out of their way to correct it. MY build quality(including paint) ain't bad.....

Concerned about the trans cable. Sure do not want to be in Moab and have the cable break.
Any one know if the cable breaks can it be repaired on the trail? Would it make sense to buy
one just in case? Or is it only repairable by the dealer because it is inside the trans?

18,000 miles and no real problems here. Tiny drip from the freedom top panels during monsoon rain, no leak from sunrider.....yet!

I have 19500 so far and the only problems I've had I caused myself.
Broken sunrider bracket, bent lower control are brackets, bent body mount, broken headlight bracket and misc. dents and scratches. God I love my Rubi.

Thumbs up

6k miles this week and only a few issues, nothing big.

1) Freedom top leak. I just got some weather stripping and fixed it myself.
2) Mygig amp issue, dealer updated firm ware.
3) Steering wheel and alignment got out of whack after 1st off-road experience, dealer covered as they do until 12 mos or 12k.

Very minor issues, no real complaints whatsoever....

Dealer had a great coupon for service. Oil change, Tire rotation and XX point inspection for only 17.95. DAMN good price!
