another 4wd.com problem.
I got tracking numbers and what do ya know. It is just the wheels coming. They told me they couldn't cancel the order because the packages were on the way and the tires, which I wanted to cancel, are not shipped yet. Just the wheels. I also paid for mounting and balancing so I don't know how they intend to fulfill that. This is the biggest cluster f**k I have ever had to deal with.
Anyone dealt with them in a physical store location? They opened one in the last year or so in Nashville. Been in several times looking at wheels/tires but haven't ordered yet. Shops always seems busy though.

4wd only has one store front location and thats in ohio. The other stores are the sister company 4wheel Parts.
OMFG!!!!!!!!! Friday I called to cancel the tires AGAIN. They told me my wheels would be here Tuesday, which the will be, but they couldn't cancel the tires because they didn't know the if the pro comp warehouse shipped the them to me. Apparently the warehouse is closed on Friday. I called today to tell find out and they told me the tire distributer is closed on Monday and they had no way to see if they were shipped. Interesting. I have gotten the biggest run around in history.
No and I never will - ever. Bought wheels and tires from 4WD only to have to take them to a local DT to have correct weights put on (4WD.COM had put weights on multiple areas around the rim rather than one spot and tires were not well balanced from whatever wholesaler they used to ship them). Many issues with trying to get the final bill correct - back and for credit this debit that etc. Very poor accounting. In the end after much effort and time on my part all was well. Also, they sent me wrong lug nuts...too wide for the wheels no room to tighten. Stay away from 4WD.
