another jeep b!#$h!!!!!
ok try and make this short.
Went to the dealership where I bought my 2011 sport about leaks.First I go by and talk to my salesman so he is up to date and to find out where my exhaust off of my 07 was. When I traded the 07 it had a mbrp offroad exhaust that we agreed I would get back(yes I shouldve gotten a we owe). I called for 3 weeks about it and finally he quit taking my calls which we loudly discussed and worked out. The sales manager come over and tells me that 3 days after trading the jeep was stolen along with 2 others so no go on exhaust. Now we decide to discuss the leaking top since they said my 07 hardtop would fit my new 11. He tells me to go talk to the service manager so off I go.
Now I'm at the service department (manager gone for the day). Talk to service writer(not to far in realize he's an idiot) and tell him about my leaks. I tell him I know theres a tsb. He proceeds to tell me not on my jeep but the leak is well known. He tells me I have to make an appointment with a leak check company so we set it up for monday. He then tells me which top do I want the leak stopped on?
iI say both why fix one not them both. This is when he tells me that if the hardtop is on and they fix that leak that when I put the soft back on it will still leak. i say thats fine ill bring it in then with the softop and have them fix it at that point. He tells me well what about when the warranty runs out I'll have to pay because they will continue to leak everytime iI swap tops! This is where I get pissed and have had enough b.s.! I raise my voice so all can hear and tell him thats a bunch of bullshit and he knows it! If thats the case how the hell does jeep sell dual tops.
I also tell him that when I go in reverse and let off clutch the dash shakes and the jeep vibrates also has a burn smell(not a clutch burn smell). As straight faced as can be he looks at me and says Chryslers not aware of this problem. No shit! I just told you not Chrysler!
Has anyone else ran into these problems or is that dealership really that bad?
Do I try another dealership or are they all going to deny and write it off?

Its every stealership... Sad but true... Had my 07 jku to the stealership in which i bought it from 5 times for a leaky soft top.. Until finally taking it to a private garage which fixed the problem first try at dealerships dime..took it in again because e brake didnt work ... They replaced it all only to find out 2 days after getting it back it still didnt work... Took it back and here to find out it was installed but never adjusted to lock hubs when e brake is pulled...took it in for my free oil change about 3 weeks later... Picked it back up after work..started it.. Oil light on.. Shut it off and pulled dipstick?... Not a drop of oil in it.. They remembered the oil filter, and drain plug... But no oil!... So in my opinion.. Fuck the stealership once u drive off the lot... Because its always an uphill battle! Imo
