Another Vendor Nightmare!
I will first state that this is my fault for ordering from them and not going to Dave as usual from Northridge. I ordered a Trektop NX from them 2 1/2 months ago. After receiving the order confirmation with details explaining of the 2-3 month backorder I decided to go with Northridge 4x4 who could have the top to my door the next day. I filled out the online cancelation form and called truck/jeepaddons to confirm the cancelation. Everything was great and they were more than helpful. Fast forward to today. I received a shipping notice email that my Trektop has just been shipped and my credit card has been charged $604.00 by truckaddons.com. I call to explain my story and the lady simply says "you never cancelled your order". Really?
So now I have to wait for their "return manager" to send me some form so I can return the top and then hopefully get a refund in 2-4 weeks. Granted the problem will most likely be rectified but charging $600 to someones credit/check card due to your mistake and all I get is a "sorry sir, you can most likely expect a refund in 2-4 weeks depending on how fast the shipping company can return the top". Never again will you get my business.

Thanks for sharing. Problems like this are the reason why I have stopped trying to save $25-50 dollars here and there. Places like Northridge 4x4 earn their reputations with quality service and usually great prices out the door with free shipping.
Hopefully it doesn't tie your money up too long. You could also try contacting your credit card company and telling them that it was cancelled and you did NOT authorize that transaction. Good luck.

Regardless, Chris from truckaddons has contacted me and is making things right. Turns out it was a glitch in there system and Bestop (long story). It still a shitty situation but I appreciate the extra effort Chris has put forth to make this right in the smoothest way possible.
Sorry to hear! I'm running into an issue with Jegs currently. Big company and you'd expect a smooth ride. Not the case I guess. I ordered a set of MT classic IIs back on the first of may. The site said stock with an expected ship date and that the order would not be charged until they shipped.
Went online to check the bank statement and see that I've been charged the full amount. Awesome they must have shipped. Log in to Jegs and see a shipped status but no tracking number.
So I call the next day and was told they were back ordered and now considered a "drop ship" direct from Mickey Thompson and they could therefore charge me.
Flash forward till today and I get the pushback for yet another month. Beware of the fine print. Sorry that was a long post....
