BTW, I don’t see the association between common personable courtesies like opening doors, and saying please & thank you, to waving at a stranger passing by simply because they chose to drive the same type of vehicle as you.
More often than not what I’ve experienced is I’ll be driving along on the highway in the granny lane doing the speed limit (or below) as I typically do, and some big (cool looking) moded Jeep will have to make it a point to speed right past me and get in front of me to attempt to try and prove something (I think). I’ve just learned to accept this as normal behavior on I-25 in Denver during business hours as most people drive like the world is coming to an end anyways.
Agreed. It's the same thing on motorcycles. On any given summer day you'll pass dozens of them. I can see if you live in a rural area where you don't see too many people very often, but if you live in or near a big city, it just becomes ridiculous after a while.
