ARB bull bar plastic caps Help Anyone

I have a ARB deluxe bull bar and have damaged one of the plastic caps.They are sercured with 4 bolts.Has anyone replaced them before?They look hard to access.Can the be removed without removing whole bull bar.Thanks any advice is greatfull.
