personally i think the auto is better in offroad situations, but of course the 6 speed is more fun to drive. i have an auto and i love the offroad potential!

 

Went with a stick under my wife and I's compromise.
I was budging on nothing but a rubicon and she wouldn't except an automatic.
All in all I'm happy with how things worked out.

 

 

My wife can't drive a stick shift so I bought a stick shift.

 

i got a 6spd because I want to "drive" my jeep.

 

Me too! But she wanted me to have what would make me happiest,

. I love that dear woman!

 

I have an auto for many reasons, one being the wife doesnt drive manual and she needs to drive me home when I'm drinking. Another is auto is easier towing, and lastly, I have a screwed up left knee and race dirt bikes,, If I mess it up riding I'd like to still be able to drive home..

 

Dang close race! Autos are making a comeback.

 

Auto - No problem! I'd be hating life if I had to clutch through these construction zone traffic nightmares every day!
