In a semi float the axle shafts see the weight of the vehicle for say and in a full float they do not. Wont bend flanges on axle shafts. IMO if going d60 rear don't get semi float and waste your money.
A unit bearing axle only refers to the front axle. Full vs semi float only refers to rear axle configurations and as mentioned, I would go with a full float as well.
