My 2008 JEEP Wrangler unlimited 2.8 CRD Sport has a very bad contact at the right headlight. Despite several time consuming reinstallments the main headlight goes on and off causing the total burn of the lamp bulp socket (see picture). Did anyone have the same issue? My dealer hasn't heard about he issue before.

After the door hinges the second bad thing I have to tell about my so loved all black JEEP ;-(

Once any contact starts going bad, best thing to do is replace ASAP.

Thx for your reply. My JEEP is at my dealer this week to the the problem with the rust on both front doors and hinges fixed. At the same time they will replace the socket of the headlight. I hope the new one will not smolder.

Keep weelin'!
