So I ordered an AFE power restore kit directly from AFE via telephone on 5/10/12. Said it would ship UPS ground. Still didn't have it by 5/21/12 so I called. They tell me they forgot to ship it and it would be sent UPS 3 day and I would get it by 5/24/12. So today I still don't have it and I call and they tell me they overlooked the shipment again and it would ship today. I had them cancel the order and I will get in on Amazon for 2 dollars more with free shipping. Should have done that in the first place.

 

At least they told you the truth. Most people would have lied of their ass before they took the blame. I had a afe intake on my m3 and I could never get the heat shield to fit 100% I drilled a hole in it to try and recenter the intake tube and they would not warranty bc I modified it which didn't really matter since they needed to send me a whole new one. It wasn't a big deal though it functioned perfectly.
