I'm planning on bedlining my hard top as mine came grey from the factory and I like the black look better as well as the extra protection. Which bed liner would you guys recommend? I've been looking at Herculiner and Monstaliner. Herculiner is less than half the price but I'd need to buy the UV protectant with it. Monstaliner comes with built in UV protection and has a smoother finish but is $140 a kit. Any first hand experience with either or other brands?? Thank you!

I rolled Monstaliner in the tub of my previous Jeep and have no complaints. I liked the smoother texture vs the other roll on brands. It held up great for the 3 years I had it.

 

Herculiner is very rough. I have actually used it for tracking on some deck steps on my last house. While it is rough, it holds up extremely well, and will turn from glossy when first applied to dull in about a year. Probably because I didn't know about the UV protectant.

 

I also used Mostraliner on my entire JK, and I am extremely satisfied with the product and support. I have used Herculiner and it is not even close to the quality of Monstraliner.

 

Another vote for MonstaLiner. We did the inside tub of our YJ 4 years ago. No fading, chipping, or gouges.

 

Looks like I'll be getting the Monstaliner! Is there anywhere else to get it cheaper than their website?
