Best tire cleaner?
After a good washing with the local Hydraspray, I've been using Stoners More Shine for years. Comes in a spray can, just spray it on and let it go. No need to wipe it off. Doesn't turn brown over time, or give the tire a shiney look, but rather makes them look like a brand new tire. There's a new version out in a pump spray bottle, that is the same thing but for the Greeny's.

Stoners products have been out for years, and the Invisible Glass is also AWSOME.

I start by cleaning the worst off with a SOS pad then spraying with Westley's Tire Cleaner (If they are really dirty I'll use steel wool again with the Westley's) then finish off spraying with a tire shine product.
I am sure someone now will post that it will cause Cancer & Erectile dysfunction but it does seem to do a good job for me.
