Was looking for a solution to minimize the noise in the jeep and to keep heat out in Florida's 100+ degree temperatures.

I found the Bestop headliner that supposedly works with Bestop and OEM soft tops. Has anyone tried this?

Also, when removing the soft top the other day a piece of foam strip that was sticky came off from somewhere. The strip was about 5 inches long. Any idea where this came from? concerned it was from the soft top assembly and its purpose it to keep water out.

 

As far as the foam strip goes, it probably came off of one of the corners of the soft top header. They wrap around near the windshield/door area. If I remember correctly.
