Has anyone used the Bestop tinted window kit? My soft top came without tinted windows and i would like to buy the tinted ones from bestop but i have never seen the quality. Are they worth the money or should i forget about it?

 

I have them and like them a lot.

 

Are they made with a similar material?

 

Yep look just like my factory ones did. The real window was a PITA at first but loosened up over time.

I also wanted to replace my oem windows with a tinted window kit, but I have half doors. Any idea if there are tinted replacements for the half door windows out there?

 

Hey tebo just letting you know I think bestop actually makes the softops for jeep so. I have the kit and love it.

 

For your information, the Mopar soft top is made by Bestop.

 

I've seen the kits that have the whole plastic upper and the windows but they are 365$ per window. I have not seen just the skins. The parts catalog I looked at didn't break out the skins and the plastic upper separately. I would imagine eventually bestop will put one out. They have with all the other half doors in the past. In the past, you could also get a kit that came with the replacement soft top and uppers.
