I know nothing about Seat Glovers as a company, so I will not comment to that end. However, as a general rule of thumb you should never deal with a company unless you have an address and a real telephone number.

There have been past problems with Seat Glovers over the last couple years reported on this forum (most having to do with misplaced headrest holes, IIRC). I rather thought, based on lots of positive comments recently, that they had put that behind them. Please keep us informed on how this transpires.

Another way to get an address for a web-based company is to use whoistheowner.net. It'll provide you with the domain registrar. It's not always going to give you who you want, but it's a start if you're trying to contact someone.
