I'm considering a Bikini Top but have been curious about how they mount over top of the latch mechanism for the sunrider soft top. I have a 2014 JKU with both a Hard Top & the Premium Sailcloth Sunrider Soft Top. Those with the sunrider option know that there are latches just over the passenger doors that the frame snaps into. When the top is laid back, the latches still stick up so I'm wondering how you put a Bikini Top over those latches?? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

I have a sunrider top also and the Bestop bikini top just lays over the door frame, and fits into the side side channels of the frames with no problems

 

I have the Bestop mesh safari bikini with the factory sun rider soft and hard top. The bikini attaches to the rollbar which is inside the door surrounds (they are the part with the sunrider latch sticking up). You can leave he bikini in place under the soft top or hardtop, you just snap it back a few inches in the front where the footman loops are at. You can use the bikini with or without door surrounds.
