Don't buy the Bestop bikini top. I bought it last spring and I sold it one month later. When it's raining, the rear section is to opened on the 4 door version, and all the rain is going in the Jeep like Niagara Falls.
And Bestop DON'T SELL the windjammer for the 4 door version: RIDICOULUS!!!

The Bestop produce is the best on the market that I know of. It works well as a shade cover but not as a rain guard. The only thing I can say bad about it is after two summers of hard use the velcro (soft wolly part not the loops) is ripping where it is sewn into the top. I would have liked to have seen it last more than a year and half for the money.

I think its called spyderweb. I use this. I also leave it on when I put the top up, no interference and no problem. Really nice solution. I have besttop tinted window which are great so far, but have never used the bikini top, which I believe requires a header... so no opinion offered there.

I have the Mopar Sun Bonnet (yeah, dorky name, but basically the safari top). It's made by
Bestop. They sell two versions: One for those who own a softtop and therefore have the
door frames to use with the safari top, and one for the rest of us (that would be me). With
the Mopar version (unlike the Bestop), you don't need to buy the header bar; it's built-in. I
like it a lot and run all summer with doors off and no top or the safari top.
As for Bestop not making a Windjammer for the safari top: You might PM RescueX. He took
his Windjammer and Duster to a seamstress and he/she fabbed up a panel such that his
Windjammer and Duster are attached.
Here's a couple pic's of my rig with the top:

Finally, here's a pic of the Mopar built-in header bar:
