Black D-Ring shackles
Have seen a few pictures of people with fully black D-Ring Shackles, and I would like to know where they found them, or what they did to them to get them black.
If purchased....from a vendor that sells here, or some other vendor?
If they did something to make them black...what did they use?
Spray on bedliner?
Spray on or dip in plasti-dip? (this is what I was thinking I might try, but wanted to see if there was other/better avenues).
Something else?
Just think having black D-Ring shackles look sharp with a black bumper.

Personally I like the Red ones ... But they are expensive for some reason ... must be the red paint!
I bought a used Warn Winch and it came with and Orange one ... no idea who sells them in Orange ...

Yes, with a cadmium screw. I believe that they're identical to the Tractor Supply website ones, but I went to two local Tractor Supply stores and they don't carry them. And, let me put in a plug for Shrockworks: When I lost two on the trails in Moab this past August (yes, they vibrated off due to my carelessness; they weren't stolen), I called up Shrockworks to order replacements. They sent them to me for free. Of course, they're into me for over $4K on parts, so I guess they figured I had "paid" for them.
