No, it just looks that way from the angle of the pic. With the 33" tire and the 4.5" backspacing that rim tire combo fits directly on the factory mount. I have an adapter for when I go to 35"s but I'm saving up to re-gear first.

Always get matte black if the jeeps black, if its not black gloss all the way

If you want a show rig polished. If you want a trail rig matte. A rattle can of matte black in the garage goes a long way to cover up trail scars.

zactly... super easy to make rock rash look like a new wheel again.
