Yes, there is another thread in another section but no conclusion as to what had happened or why so I'm trying to see if - with more traffic here - perhaps someone has an answer...

While driving in 2wd - no buttons being depressed - going approximately 30 mph - on pavement - the front locker light began blinking.

After pulling into some loose gravel area - I put it into 4 lo and cycled through the lockers and after a few minutes the rear locked but the front did not.

However, after getting back into 2 wd, the front locker light stopped blinking - at least for about 5 minutes.

This now is very intermittent and I'm certain would never happen close to the dealership but has happened at least 6 times in the past 24 hours.

This is a March build and virtually stock - no regearing - but I'm trying to get to the bottom of it before we head up to another trail tomorrow where we'll be up at about 12800 and away from everything!

Anyone else having this - had significant problems - and or fixes? I can't see needing the front lockers this trip and since they wouldn't lock I'm figuring something is clearly toast!

One of the original posts was over in Stock but searches didn't pull any solution that I could attribute to the circumstances.

mine is in the shop right now, the front lockers will not disengage, iwas wheelinfg the dusy ershim over the week end and had to trailer back as my front end was locked up, which really made it fun corniering, the esp would go off and i would almost come to a complete stop, ill let you know wht they say, i have 3" lift and 35" tires and took some dings onthe trail..it is a jeep right
