Hello,

My wife and I just got our brand new JK home when we tried out the back seats. The headrest cable (which releases the headrest so it won't be stiff against the front seats) seems to have come undone on the first attempt.

I guess it's back to the dealer (30 minute drive).

Has anyone had this happen? Any simple fixes? I noticed that there's a zipper at the bottom of the seats, but I don't want to start messing with things too much.
