My Expedition One bumper was packed the same way.

My PSC front and rear bumpers came that way, kinda in a box but when i opened it ...bam! wall of foam lol...but not a scratch on them! worth it imo

That's how my Expedition One bumper showed up. Took me almost as long to get the bumper out of the foam as it did to install it

That's the way my Exp1 bumper came. Took me longer to get it out of the foam then it did to install, lol

Yup. That's how it comes. Got mine like that also. Or-Fab entombs it in a bomb proof sarcophagus that take a while to open. A price to pay to receive it undamaged so cannot blame them.

They put it in a plastic bag then seal everything with foam inside the box.

Actually, it's also a headache to throw the box away also because neither the trash or the recycle folks want to take it. I've been cutting that foam little by little and dumping into the trash can each week. :-P

My Or-Fab sliders came that way too.I really don't like the foam either,but it does protect the item.
