Buy a new Rubicon or build a Saharacon?
Build up the sahara. put some air lockers in it (not the e-locker headache waiting to happen) and a tera flex swaybar disco ( not the e-disco headache waiting to happen) and re-gear if you need to. You can put stronger shafts up front in that 30 if you want, but they will take a pounding pretty well.
One benefit to the air lockers is having the compressor for on-board air when you need it.

Wow . . . I really did not expect the voting to be so close. So many great comments too.
I think I'm gonna stick it out until July to see what the 2011 model year brings to the table. If I like the changes in the 2011 JKs it will make the trade up to a Rubi choice easy. If I don't like the 2011 changes, I have a feeling the remaining 2010s will be harder for the dealers to sell, and I might be able to find a killer deal on a 2010 close out. If I dont like the 2011s and I can't find a killer deal on a 2010 close out, then I can always build up the Sahara and at that point and call it a day.

I always buy new but that is just me. Maybe I just like that new car smell. The bottom line is what you think is the only thing that matters. Let's face every decision we make is always a crap shoot. Good luck and have fun.
You could always find a Rubicon used with about the same mileage for about the same price and have an even swap. I got my Rubicon for 23,000 with 26,000 miles on it. Have patients and you can find it. Mine belonged to a 60 year old doctor who did nothing more than drive it to the hospital on a few snow days.
