If you wish to order from 4WD be very cautious as to EXACTLY what you pay for your gear. DON't do like me a get ripped OFF $70us. If you see a price online ensure you tell them at least 20 times what it is ONLINE. and before you buy demand a confirmation transaction details by e-mail. Cause if you think you are getting a great deal, verify them not yourself

Did you contact them and talk to a customer rep about this and try to get it resolved?

 

Actually had good luck with them shipping to Canada with the invoice breaking down the currency rate, duties and shipping costs.

Very pleasant and shipped everything quickly. The one time the instructions did not show up and I phoned them up and they PDF the instruction via Email and I had them within a minute.

Try calling....I am sure if you tell them the issues they will resolve quickly.

 

Which warehouse did you end up dealing with? I don't know where moose is, but texas' 4wd's have always been helpful in the past in their defense. Give them a call and talk to someone, they may just have gotten mixed up. it happens.

I have dealt with 4WD.com plenty of time and thus far they are my favorite place to order from. Great prices and great deals. Reach out to them with the problem and I am sure they will recitfy it for you.

 

Yes I did on several occasions and to no success as they only want to refund me $17 as opposed to $70...I have ordered so many things from them in the past always with some difficulty and I have been had one last time. I actually thought they would honor the price from online and provide me with a discount but instead they made it sound like a nice discount on the shocks but increased the price of the Be Cool overflow bottle from 89.00 to 135.00 and the price of the TRUFilter oil from 150.00 to 175.00 leaving me to think I was getting an awesome deal......Believe me if I had a few weeks to travel there and pay them a visit...I would!! Just be careful if you buy by phone. The person that supposedly gave me an excellent deal is CHris a new guy there I was told. Now I will buy from Quadratec or JEGS. No MORE 4WD Crap!!!
