bypassing toogle switch on just 2011 jeep wrangler so jvc DVD player?
You have to buy and install one of the two parts I listed. New vehicles and radios require the parking brake up to make any gps changes and watching video since it's not legal to watch in the front seat. Older units can be simple because you just ground the parking brake wire. The new units need the parking brake ground and some use gps movement and a few other variables so you don't use it will driving.
when we go on long trips, my kids can't watch the DVD player ... in my 2011 Sahara (factory touch screen CD/DVD/GPS) the DVD plays, but once I move the shifter into R or D it turns off the DVD. Is there an easy fix, or should I buy an aftermarket installation with dual monitor (headrest) for the back seats ?
Thanks in advance !
