I know you use to be able to track your order status online. Can you still do this? I went to Jeep.com but can't find any info on how to do this.

 

I did a little Googling and apparently the VOTS system has been down for a while. Back in July a fellow wrote a Google Chrome extension that allows you to still query the data base and get status. I found that on another forum, but the extension, with a very brief description, is at the link below. Once installed https://www.jeep.com/vots/index.html is supposed to work. It adds a "GET INFO" button to your browser at the site. I think you click "SUBMIT", then "GET INFO". Hope this works for you!
