Quadratec is ok.
I've ordered a ton of stuff from Quadratec. You have to reply to their post-ordering e-mail with a "Please ship by USPS and not by UPS" message. I wish they would offer USPS as a shipping choice on their check-out page, but they don't -- shipping defaults to UPS. :-( Once in a while they'll screw up and ship by UPS anyway. Their customer service is also very slow by e-mail, but ok by phone.
