Well I went through a soft cloth car wash with no problems. Just if anyone was curious.

It was suggested to me that if it is a car wash that has the spinning cloth brushes that come into contact with the Jeep that you remove your radio antenna. There is a slight chance that they can wrap around it and tear it off.

It isn't advisable and the problem is that car washes vary from wash to wash. Some will be fine, some will be problematic and you won't know which is which until you are in the middle of it.

I just go to the hand wash bays. Cheaper and I can make sure it gets clean. Car washes don't clean the back of Jeeps well, I find.

JMHO however.

I agree. $3 at my local power wash works well.

I took my jeep with the hard top on it through the car wash when the weather was not so nice. I think I do a better job at home by hand.

I don't think I would go through the local touch less car wash with the soft top on.
